Janitorial

The work of cleaning personnel shall not be hindered by Tenant after 6:00 P.M., and cleaning work may be done at any time when the offices are vacant. Windows, doors and fixtures may be cleaned at any time.

Cleaning service is provided five nights a week, Monday through Friday. Trash and recycling are emptied daily.  Should you have items that do not fit in your trash receptacle, please place a note marked TRASH or BASURA. Please DO NOT leave items that are not trash on top of or near wastebaskets that might be misconstrued as trash. If you have special cleaning needs, such as carpet shampooing, contact the cleaning manager or Building Management. Special cleaning services can be arranged at tenant expense.

If a small cleaning problem should arise, or if you have any questions or comments regarding the cleaning services, please notify the Building Management Office.
